The Great Wall from space

Many people argue that the Great Wall of China is the only one human-made thing visible from space. However, it seems it isn't :( It is difficult to see it with naked eye because the surroundings of the wall are of the same color and texture. However, it is nicely visible in radar imagery.

This image shows sections of the wall in a desert about 435 miles west of Beijing made by the Spaceborne Imaging Radar flown aboard the Space Shuttle Endeavour.
